Sunnyside Dining I: Sunday Brunch

LIST: For those who like to go out for brunch on Sunday in the Sunnyside and walkable Woodside area, here are some options. By brunch, we refer to a probable egg dish accompanied by a Bloody Mary, Screw Driver, Mimosa and the like, or any riff thereof. We will add more spots as time goes on. If your restaurant is omitted or we missed your favorite Sunday brunch spot, email us and we will remedy the problem pronto.

NOT LISTED: We left out fast food and chains, as most of us know of their dependable fare. Many non-chain and excellent restaurants are also absent if they are closed at brunch, or if they shy away from anything resembling a special menu on Sunday.

OTHER MEALS: At later date, we will tackle weekday and evening options (which would also include this list) in which as many establishments as possible will be included, including Louisa and her corn tortillas under the #7. InsideSunnyside does not judge; we only list. However, if we have tried a place firsthand or tried a dish which we like, we will mention it.

CLASSIFICATIONS: Restaurants are not categorized here by location, price, ambiance, or ethnicity but by criteria which could best be described as 1) "Brunch," described in the first paragraph, 2) "Elements of brunch," and 3) "Hey, that looks tasty, why not try it for brunch?" Within those divisions, establishments listed alphabetically.
